As part of its monitoring and evaluation function, the Community Safety receives, processes and makes necessary interventions on complaints by the public against the criminal justice system, particularly policing agencies, in the province.

This also assists the Department to determine trends in terms of service delivery within these law enforcement agencies, so as to devise appropriate, permanent remedial measures. It is in this vein that you are requested to kindly fill in details in the spaces provided below in the event of any complaint against the criminal justice system, especially in the Gauteng Province.
